Your focus will be non-contentious construction matters while assisting with the running of this offering. This team is ranked Tier 1 in the Legal 500 and they deal with complex and high profile matters.
Key aspects:
- Drafting a range of contracts, including JCTs
- Development queries
- Real estate finance
