Overview: Join a leading Engineering company specialising in the design and manufacture of industrial equipment used for a variety of applications. Our client are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to enhance manufacturing processes and ensure efficient production operations.

Role Purpose: The Manufacturing Engineer will report to the Manufacturing Engineering Leader, focusing on developing procedures, process improvements, and participating in various engineering projects including New Product Introduction and Continuous Improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Support daily operations, manage tooling requirements, and ensure EHS compliance.
  • Engage in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and productivity improvements.
  • Collaborate on layout changes and maintain departmental KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a modern manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with assembly processes and control systems.
  • Project management skills and knowledge of Lean methodologies.
  • HND in Mechanical Engineering or related degree preferred.
