As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in:
- Designing and developing innovative products in line with technical specifications.
- Collaborating within a multifunctional team to identify and implement solutions for project needs.
- Producing detailed designs from concept to manufacturing readiness using advanced 3D CAD software.
- Preparing and presenting project progress reports at monthly engineering team reviews.
- Driving improvements in design tools and processes to enhance productivity.
- Ensuring all designs meet customer requirements and adhere to quality standards.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in an HVAC engineering environment.
- Proven expertise in development and delivery projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels.
- An awareness of software and programming tools that can enhance project outcomes.
