- Provide training and support to estate agency colleagues
- Explain Mortgage & Insurance products to clients in a simple & clear way
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Meet & exceed sales targets
- Maintain excellent existing & new client relationships
- Source the best products for your clients circumstances
- Guide clients through the process from the start until the finish in an empathetic way
Requirements
- CeMap 1, 2 & 3 or industry equivalent
- Ambition to be the best
- Excellent communication skills - both in writing and face to face
