What Youll Do:
Supervise classes in the absence of teaching staff
Support students to stay on task and engaged in their learning
Maintain a positive and safe learning environment
Assist with administrative and pastoral tasks as needed
What Were Looking For:
Enthusiasm for working with young people
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively
Previous experience in schools or working with children is desirable but not essential
