Cover Supervisor – Colchester, Essex – £120–£200 per day

Your Role as a Cover Supervisor:

• Supervise whole classes in the absence of a teacher using pre-planned materials
• Ensure students remain on task and follow the school's behaviour policy
• Provide support and guidance where needed to keep lessons running smoothly
• Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
• Give feedback to teaching staff on student progress and classroom conduct

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working with young people or in an educational setting
• Confident, calm, and professional approach to classroom management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A degree or equivalent is desirable
• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
