 We are searching for a passionate, motivated and experienced Piercer to carry out ear piercing procedures in a safe, hygienic and professional manner, staying right up to date with industry standards and techniques. Our ideal Piercer will possess exceptional customer service skills and be able to advise customers on specific looks and curations based on your own experience within the industry.

Gently you will be able to guide clientele through the piercing process whilst putting them at ease and enhancing their overall experience

Job Role:

• You will be utilising your professional talent offering a range of piercing services . The requirement is to perform ear piercings with a needle.

• Consulting with each customer to understand their needs and provide helpful and appropriate recommendations.

• At all times you will take pride in ensuring that every piercing procedure is performed in compliance with health & safety regulations.

• Customer service is very much your mission and your default setting is to best industry inform , handle client questions with professionalism & empathy.

• You take great care to offer aftercare advice and are always keen to emphasise the best products that will ensure the right outcome for all.

• Details matter to you and you are used to recording and maintaining accurate records of each piercing performed and go to great lengths to maintain a safe & sterile working environment.

• The strictest sterilisation and sanitation standards for all tools and equipment are to be observed.

• You will take great care in ensuring your piercing suite is clean & well organised as well having in -stock every consumable at your disposal.

• Professional development should be ongoing and you will always wish to be across the latest trends and techniques and be ever on it to ensure you have the necessary certification & licences

Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience of ear-piercing procedures and aftercare

• Proven track record of high-quality piercing work

• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail

• Strong communicational & interpersonal skills

• Ability to be the giver of exceptional customer service

• Remain familiar and observe local health regulations and industry standards

POSITIONS: 2 X Full time and 2 X Part Time positions available 
HOURS: Ranging from 10-37 hours per week
