We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll & Accounts Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team based in Colchester. This is a fully office-based position, so access to your own transport is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing end-to-end payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Handling invoices, payments, and general accounts administration
- Reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate financial records
- Supporting month-end reporting and audit preparation
- Previous experience in payroll and accounts administration
- SAGE 50
- Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
- Competitive salary between £28,000 £30,000, depending on experience
