Vision for Education is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Primary Supply Teachers to join our network of excellent educators supporting schools across Colchester and the surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a range of friendly and supportive primary schools — from EYFS through to KS2. You’ll have the flexibility to choose when and where you work, whether that’s day-to-day supply, short-term cover, or longer placements.

Your role will include:

• Delivering engaging, well-managed lessons in line with school plans and policies.

• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Supporting pupils’ progress, wellbeing, and classroom behaviour.

• Adapting quickly to different school settings and year groups.

Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to gain more classroom experience, this role offers a great balance of freedom, flexibility, and fulfilment.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A qualified Primary Teacher (QTS/QTLS).

• Confident teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.

• Adaptable, reliable, and able to build rapport with pupils and staff quickly.

• Passionate about creating a positive impact in every classroom.

• Flexible to work across different schools and year groups.
