Property Sourcer - Property Industry - 24,000 per annum (OTE: 50,000) -- Colchester - 9:00am - 5:30pm
A client of ours within the property industry, located in Colchester is recruiting a Property Sourcer to join their team. This is a newly created role due to company growth.
This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm and paying 24,000 per annum (OTE: 50,000 per annum)
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Source and secure high-demand properties
- Conduct market research and appraisals
- Manage client relationships and negotiate deals
- Attend networking events and build your contact base
- Ensure all properties meet legal and compliance standards
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Property Sourcer position:
- Experience in property sourcing or real estate
- Strong knowledge of the UK property market (Essex & Suffolk preferred)
- Great negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
- Familiarity with CRM and property platforms
- Estate agency or investment background
- Existing industry contacts
- Up-to-date knowledge of property regulations
