An excellent opportunity has risen for a very well-established Wealth Management firm based near Colchester in Essex. Due to expansion and an internal promotion, they are now looking to take on a client Relationship Manager within their team and offer them a clear career path. Duties- Client Support Administrator

  • Provide high level technical and administrative support to the Advisers;
  • Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties
  • Prepare files including compliance required documentation (Sign-up packs); review meeting packs; illustrations where applicable and supporting documentation;
  • Ensure that files are complete with all required client identification documentation and necessary application forms;
  • Progress applications with product providers, advisers, clients, and other third parties to
  • Book client appointments on behalf of the advisers when appropriate;
  • Assist the Case Manager with Letter of Authority’s with the client and third parties
