The contractor has a diverse and interesting portfolio of project types, including Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Education, and Leisure.
Since its formation in 1993, the company has developed a strong reputation for delivering high-quality construction and development projects across Essex, London, the home counties, and East Anglia.
Performance Objectives
- Training will be provided, with the opportunity to become a key member of a successful, collaborative team.
- Prepare, negotiate, and agree on final accounts.
- Procure sub-contract and material packages.
- Prepare cost budgets and prices for contract variations.
- Prepare monthly reports for management.
- Control and monitor expenditure against budget.
Person Specification
- The successful candidate needs to be personable, dedicated, and ambitious, with a positive and can-do attitude.
- Full driving licence.
- Ability to form strong working relationships.
- Good IT and communication skills.
- Able to work to tight deadlines under pressure.
