Day-to-day of the role:- Operate with the flexibility of hybrid working to balance personal life and professional responsibilities effectively.
- Provide a comprehensive end-to-end service for customers, from valuation to the completion of sale.
- Build and maintain strong local relationships to enhance business generation.
- Market your personal brand vigorously to increase local presence and customer engagement.
- Utilise the support from local branch hub teams, central lead management, and concierge telephony to maximize efficiency and service quality.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to be the best Estate Agent in your area.
- Proven track record in sales, with a flair for marketing and customer service.
- Ability to manage your own diary and work independently while being part of a larger team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
