Due to continued growth, our client, a highly regarded independent estate agency known for its focus on customer service, is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer to join their close-knit team in Colchester.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll work collaboratively with a supportive team and have the chance to attend market appraisals, helping to drive success for both clients and the business.
The successful Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer will be offered:
- Circa £25,000 basic (depending on experience)Â

As a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer, your duties will be:
- Negotiating offers
- Booking in valuations (Opportunity to conduct Valuations when needed)
- Booking and attending viewings when needed
- Calling out new properties
- Registering buyers and sellers
- General admin
To be considered for the Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer role, you must have:
- A strong proven track record as a Sales Negotiator
- In-depth knowledge of the Colchester market
- Excellent negotiation skills
- A highly driven and motivated approach
- Ability to generate new leads and drive business growth
- Professional appearance and a confident, approachable manner
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A team player
- A full UK driving licence
