What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Listing and valuing a wide variety of residential rental properties
- Maintaining and building long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
- Developing new business opportunities and increasing market share
- Delivering outstanding levels of customer service
- Supporting the Lettings Manager and wider team in achieving targets

- Proven experience in Residential Lettings
- Strong valuation/listing and business generation track record
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- High-level communication and customer service ability
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Smart, well-spoken, and well-presented
- Full UK Driving Licence
