Assistant Manager – Residential LettingsSalary £22,000 basic, OTE £35,000 plus car/Allowance +BonusExciting Opportunity with a Leading Lettings TeamWe are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join a highly successful lettings team in one of their flagship branches. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role within a dynamic environment, deputising for the Lettings Manager in their absence and providing crucial support to the team on a daily basis.The position is perfect for a Senior Lettings Consultant looking to take the next step in their career, or someone already in a management role but seeking an environment that offers more recognition, training, support, and better earning potential.Key Responsibilities:
  • Deputise for the Lettings Manager when they are out of the office
  • Provide ongoing support to the lettings team to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain and improve individual and team performance
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor an enthusiastic team
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service at all times
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-4 years of consistent experience in Residential Lettings
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive and professional attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A proactive approach in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership ability with the desire to motivate and develop a team
  • Full UK driving license is essential for this role
Salary & Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, plus commission and bonuses
  • Realistic OTE of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum
  • Company car or car allowance

Working Hours:
  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
  • Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
  • Saturday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Day off during the week if Saturday is worked)
