Assistant Manager – Residential LettingsSalary £22,000 basic, OTE £35,000 plus car/Allowance +BonusExciting Opportunity with a Leading Lettings TeamWe are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join a highly successful lettings team in one of their flagship branches. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role within a dynamic environment, deputising for the Lettings Manager in their absence and providing crucial support to the team on a daily basis.The position is perfect for a Senior Lettings Consultant looking to take the next step in their career, or someone already in a management role but seeking an environment that offers more recognition, training, support, and better earning potential.Key Responsibilities:

Deputise for the Lettings Manager when they are out of the office
Provide ongoing support to the lettings team to ensure smooth operations
Maintain and improve individual and team performance
Lead, motivate, and mentor an enthusiastic team
Ensure the highest level of customer service at all times

Requirements:

Minimum 3-4 years of consistent experience in Residential Lettings
Excellent communication skills with a positive and professional attitude
Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
A proactive approach in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership ability with the desire to motivate and develop a team
Full UK driving license is essential for this role

Salary & Benefits:

Competitive basic salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, plus commission and bonuses
Realistic OTE of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Day off during the week if Saturday is worked)
