Our client, a well-established independent Estate Agency, is seeking an experienced Property Manager in the Colchester area due to expansion.
The role offers a salary of up to £30,000 basic, depending on experience, along with ongoing training and career progression.
Candidates are required to have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Property Management.
Key responsibilities include conducting property inspections, check-ins, and ensuring outstanding customer service for both landlords and tenants.
Ideal candidates should be organized, able to work under pressure, and possess a full driver's license.

As a Property Manager, your duties will include:

Arranging and conducting check-ins and check-outs• Carrying out property inspections and inventories• Providing outstanding customer service to both Landlords and Tenants• Ensuring maintenance issues are addressed quickly and keeping customers informed• Ensuring properties are fully compliant with legislation

Requirements for the role of a Property Manager:

Candidates must have recent experience in Property Management (2 years minimum)
Appetite for continuous learning
Exceptionally Organised
Works accurately and at a speed
Able to work under pressure
Positive disposition
Team player
Driven and self-motivated
Must hold a full driver's license
