An established, purpose-led insurance brokerage is seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Executive to join its Existing Business team. With over five decades of experience, the organisation specialises in supporting socially impactful sectors such as charities, care providers, and faith-based organisations. The Role

You will manage a portfolio of 30–40 commercial insurance clients per month, focusing on renewals, mid-term adjustments, compliance, and client retention. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service, competitive cover, and high retention performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of commercial clients

  • Deliver client services including renewals, re-broking, MTAs, and claims queries

  • Ensure a retention rate of 90%+ and support income growth

  • Uphold internal compliance procedures and FCA regulations

  • Collaborate with New Business teams when needed

  • Maintain professional and ethical client relationships

  • Engage in ongoing training (Cert CII support provided)

Person Profile

  • 2–3 years of experience in commercial insurance, ideally with broking or renewal experience

  • Working knowledge of FCA compliance and insurance regulations

  • Strong communication, organisation, and client-handling skills

  • Attention to detail and a customer-first approach

  • A goal-oriented mindset and commitment to professional development
