Join Our Team as a Finance Assistant! �?

We are currently seeking two motivated Finance Assistants to support our busy client within their Finance Transactions Processing team on a fixed-term contract for 6 months.

If you're passionate about finance and want to make a difference, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

  • £24,000 - £28,000 dependant on skillset and experience
  • Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
  • Accessible via public transport or car with a free car park!
  • 6 month minimum contract
  • Severalls, Colchester

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently process funding changes and validate paperwork.
  • Create and manage new account billing, ensuring smooth notifications to the Allocations Team.
  • Handle all billing cycles, including private fees, public fees, and resident expenses.
  • Address billing queries and maintain clear communication with internal customers.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for resident accounts.

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or reconciliation is a plus!
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. ??
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
