Are you an experienced Teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking an exciting new role from September 2025?
We are working with a vibrant and supportive secondary school to recruit a committed and enthusiastic Teacher of Maths to teach across Key Stages 3 and 4. This is a full-time role starting in September 2025, ideal for a passionate educator looking to inspire students and raise achievement in Mathematics.
Maths Teacher - Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and well-structured Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4.

Support students of all abilities in developing their mathematical understanding and confidence.

Contribute to the design and delivery of schemes of work and resources.

Assess student progress and provide clear, actionable feedback.

Participate in the school's pastoral care system and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Take part in co-curricular activities and contribute to school duties.

Engage in ongoing professional development and work collaboratively with the Maths department.
Candidate Requirements:
Essential:
-
A degree in Mathematics or a related subject and UK QTS (or equivalent).

Proven experience or training in teaching Maths at secondary level.

Strong classroom management skills and a proactive, reflective approach.

Commitment to student achievement, wellbeing, and inclusive practice.

A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Desirable:
-
Experience preparing students for GCSE Maths.

Familiarity with current curriculum and assessment frameworks.

Competency in using digital tools and platforms for teaching and tracking progress.
