About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and students to provide tailored support in classroom settings. Your role will involve assisting students with their learning, promoting inclusion, and helping create a positive and engaging environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with their educational activities both inside and outside the classroom
- Assist with curriculum delivery and individual learning plans
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
- Encourage student independence and confidence
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure students’ needs are met
Ideal Candidate:
- Passionate about supporting children’s education and development
- Patient, caring, and adaptable
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent) are a plus
