Qualified Nursery Practitioner – Colchester
Full-Time | Level 2 & Level 3 Childcare Practitioners
Pay: From £13.69 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience)

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education / Childcare (or equivalent)

• Proven experience working with children aged 0–5 years in a nursery or early years setting

• A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures

• The ability to plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning and development

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a small, dedicated team

• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with children

• An up-to-date DBS (or willingness to obtain one through TeacherActive)
