We are seeking a Multi Trade Operative in the Colchester area for a permanent position with a social housing contractor.
The role involves various tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, UPVC installation, patch plastering, tiling, and painting & decorating.
Candidates should have a full UK driving licence, relevant industry experience, and ideally a qualification in a related trade, particularly in social housing.
The position offers a basic salary of £32,800 along with a company van, fuel card, power tools, and additional benefits including 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays and a pension scheme.

We are currently looking for Multi Trade Operative in the Colchester area, to work a well-established social housing contractor on the reactive maintenance team. This is a permanent role, where a company van and fuel card will be supplied from day one!

As a Multi Trade Operative you will complete:

All aspects of carpentry
All aspects of plumbing
UPVC windows & doors
Patch plastering
Tiling
Painting & Decorating

We are looking for a Multi Trade Operative who:

Has a full UK driving licence
Ideally has a qualification in a relevant trade
Has relevant industry experience
Has relevant experience within social housing

In return, the Multi Trade Operative will receive:

32,800 basic salary
Company van & fuel card
Power tools provided
Call outs available
20 days annual leave plus bank holiday
Pension scheme
Permanent employment
