The Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:· Work alongside teachers to support childrens learning both individually and in small groups · Assist with classroom activities, helping to engage and motivate pupils · Support children with additional learning needs and promote their confidence · Help create a positive and safe learning environment
What Were Looking For:· A genuine passion for working with children · Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills · Experience working with primary-aged children is desirable but not essential · Willingness to learn and be part of a supportive team
