Due to increased business levels, our clients, a well-established Surveying practice, are looking to recruit a Residential Surveyor in the Colchester area to join their team.

Working Hours:

  • Full time
  • Remote working 

Our client is offering a successful Residential Surveyor:

  • Basic salary ranging from £45,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience
  • Bonuses

  • On Target Earnings of £60,000 - £75,000

As a Residential Surveyor your role will involve:

  • Carrying out Residential Valuation Reports and Private home surveys – Level 1 and 2 Surveys
  • Produce accurate property reports using market leading IPad technology
  • Meeting personal income targets to maximise productivity and profit
  • Attend Regional meetings

Requirements for Residential Surveyor role:

  • Experience as a practising Surveyor
  • RICS Membership
  • VRS registered
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Technical expertise in Surveying
  • Ability to work in fast paced organisation
