Driver Hire Colchester is recruiting Refuse Loaders to join a local waste and recycling team. If you're reliable, physically fit, and enjoy working outdoors as part of a crew this could be the role for you!
Job Details:Job Title: Refuse Loader / Waste Operative
Pay: £13.69 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, early starts
Minimum Pay: 8 hours guaranteed per day
Location: Colchester and surrounding areas
Assisting the driver by loading household waste or recycling onto the truck
Working as part of a team on set collection routes
Walking long distances and lifting wheelie bins or bags
Ensuring safe and efficient operation at all times
Good level of physical fitness this is an active, outdoor role
Punctual, reliable, and a team player
Safety-conscious with a positive attitude
Previous experience in waste or manual labour roles is a bonus, but not essential
Weekly PAYE pay direct to your bank
8-hour minimum pay per shift, even if the round finishes early
Ongoing work with the potential for long-term placement
Support from a friendly local Driver Hire team
Labourers, yard workers, groundskeepers, warehouse staff, van drivers looking for physical work, or anyone seeking full-time outdoor work in the Colchester area.
