Project Manager Fit Out
Our client is an award-winning business whose inception started in the 1980s. Our client is adding a Project Manager to its established team, seeking work experience and knowledge in Commercial Fit-Outs regarding Hotels, Retail, Restaurants, Bars, and Eateries or any Commercial Kitchens.
The right Project Manager will play an integral part in leading and delivering our client projects in Greater London, Surrey, Kent, Bucks, Hertfordshire and Essex.
As a company, we provide full turnkey solutions for our clients, experience, confidence in managing a complex programme of work, including the main commercial installations, and fit-outs, ie M&E, walls, floors, ceilings and building works, as well as the contractors involved in delivering these.
Projects can range in value from £100k to £4 million
You will be confident in preparing the initial works programme, RAMS, handling variations, overseeing Operations & Maintenance manuals, signing off final accounts, and communicating with various stakeholders, including all managers.
Key responsibilities: Project Manager Fit Out
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure the timely completion of projects.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures to keep the project within financial constraints.
- Team Coordination and Supervision: Lead and supervise project teams, including subcontractors and site workers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee all construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
- Client and Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
