As an Administrator, you will be required to assist with the activities involved in the operating of a busy Accountants.
These will include
- Collating and recording information on Companies House
- Carrying out relevant checks eg money laundering
- Reception duties
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Organising lunches and liaising with suppliers
- Adhoc administrative duties as required
This role calls for someone with a professional and efficient manner with good communication skills.
Strong administration abilities are also essential with a good all round knowledge of Microsoft systems.
