Responsibilities:
As a Production Operative, you will:
- Operate and monitor PLC equipment to ensure efficient production processes
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery
- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets
- Maintain high standards of safety and quality throughout the production process
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with PLC systems and automated machinery
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Excellent communication skills
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting

- PLC systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.)
- Industrial automation equipment
- Basic hand tools for maintenance tasks
