- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the residential sales portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and repeat business.
- Monitor and analyse local property market trends to guide business strategy and provide expert advice to clients.
- Track, evaluate, and report on sales performance, presenting regular updates and insights to senior management.
- Support and oversee complex negotiations, securing the best outcomes for clients and the business.
- Ensure all sales processes comply with legislation, regulatory requirements, and industry best practice.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities, driving growth and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in a sales management role within the residential property sector.
- Previous experience as a Branch Manager (or equivalent leadership role) within estate agency.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire a high-performing team.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities, with a track record of securing successful outcomes.
- Client-focused mindset, delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

- Good knowledge of the Northwest residential property market (advantageous).
