Shifts offered: 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10 pm alternating

Description: System Control Operator (SCO) operates a complete production line or production sequence, by monitoring and steering all relevant production processes and parameters for a defined sector of production, in a control room environment.

· Sets up and controls production program.

· Sets up production parameter and executes necessary checks.

· Constantly controls operations and monitors process results, acts according to contingency plans in case of deviations.

· Makes predefined and specialised quality checks.

· Contributes to judgement on production results.

· Engages and coordinates maintenance staff for repair and maintenance issues.

· Advices directly related manufacturing staff.

· Please note - this position requires standing for extended periods of time.

Required Candidate:

· Worked in Production / Warehouse role or environment is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.

· Have a positive can - do attitude and is eager to learn.

· Be able to communicate positively.

· A flexible and adaptable mind set to respond effectively and efficiently to changing production requirements.
