A School is an SEMH school seeking passionate Teachers, Tutors, and Teaching Assistants to join our team. We work with students who may have faced significant barriers to education and aim to re-engage them in their learning journey.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons (teachers/tutors)

  • Provide targeted academic and emotional support (TAs)

  • Promote positive behaviour and social skills

  • Support students in developing resilience and self-confidence

  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and parents



Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience working with students with SEMH needs

  • Excellent communication and behaviour management skills

  • Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing



Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Teaching qualification (for teachers/tutors)

  • Experience with therapeutic or nurture-based approaches

  • Familiarity with EHCPs and individual support plans



Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Additional training in SEND, SEMH, or behaviour support

  • Outdoor learning or vocational teaching experience
