Support students with Autism to access learning and personal development
Encourage engagement through tailored classroom and sports activities
Work alongside teachers and therapists to create an inclusive environment
Requirements:
GCSEs (A-C) in English and Maths
Experience working with children or young people (school/club/voluntary)
Patience, creativity, and resilience

Experienced Teaching Assistants
Start Date: September 2025
Roles Available: Experienced TAs (SEMH Secondary)
Alternative Provision school supporting students with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs. We are looking for experienced Teaching Assistants who can build strong relationships, manage behaviour effectively, and inspire positive change.
Support small groups and 1:1 learning
Implement behaviour and emotional regulation strategies
Contribute to a safe and nurturing learning environment
Requirements:
Previous experience in SEMH or alternative provision
Resilience, empathy, and strong behaviour management skills
Commitment to helping young people achieve their potential
