Adecco Crewe are working with a well-established organisation seeking an experienced Internal Sales Administrator to join their growing team. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of all sales enquiries - from initial contact and quotation, through to order processing and dispatch.

You'll act as a key link between customers, the sales team, and warehouse operations, helping to maintain excellent service standards and efficient internal processes.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process sales enquiries via phone and email from initial logging through to quotation, order, and dispatch
  • Coordinate order processing, ensuring accurate paperwork is prepared for warehouse dispatch
  • Arrange deliveries via couriers and haulage providers
  • Maintain and update CRM records with customer activities, calls, emails, and quotations
  • Run regular reports for the sales team
  • Handle incoming calls and assist with customer queries in a professional manner
  • Support website and marketing activities including updating product ranges and adding new lines
  • Raise and manage purchase orders for stock items, updating systems as required
  • Assist with stock control to maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Coordinate service support visits, including arranging travel, training, and demonstrations
  • Provide occasional support to finance functions, including customs documentation
  • Support warehouse operations with documentation checks and system updates
  • Undertake general office duties as required.
