Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Children's Social Worker to join our client in North Wales. The successful candidate will deliver a high-quality service to children looked after by the Local Authority, their families, or connected persons under care orders, and to young people leaving care. The ideal candidate will provide support to develop resilience and independence, ensuring that children and their carers/families are at the centre of decision-making about their lives and the outcomes they want to achieve, without compromising the child's safety.

Key Responsibilities:
