We are seeking an experienced Loss Adjuster - Specialist Services (Property Claims) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an established Loss Adjuster or an individual looking to take the next step in their career.

As a Loss Adjuster - Specialist Services, you will handle a diverse portfolio of property claims, including complex and high-value cases. You will be responsible for assessing losses, conducting detailed investigations, and ensuring fair and accurate claim settlements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of property loss adjusting claims, ensuring a thorough and efficient claims-handling process.

  • Conducting site visits, investigations, and interviews to assess property damage and determine policy coverage.

  • Preparing detailed reports and recommendations based on findings.

  • Liaising with policyholders, insurers, brokers, and other stakeholders throughout the claims process.

  • Providing technical guidance and support to clients and colleagues.

  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Property Loss Adjusting, with a background in handling complex claims being an advantage

  • Qualified by any of the following: APA, CII, CILA, or ACILA or similar

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and work under pressure to meet deadlines

  • A proactive and customer-focused approach

  • A full UK or Irish driving license

Location:

Candidates must be based in Northern Ireland or Ireland, with the ability to travel as required.
