Exciting opportunity to join a newly established Cookstown office backed by an International Construction group where you will be given full autonomy to make the role your own.

What you'll do
Turn drawings/specs into accurate take-offs and quotations
Clarify scope with contractors/merchants; manage updates/variations
Collaborate with internal design/engineering on technical queries and value options
Prepare tidy handover packs for operations once orders land
Keep your pipeline, files and trackers up to date with high accuracy
What you'll need
Construction estimating/quoting experience
Confident reading construction drawings; strong Excel skills
High attention to detail, numeracy and follow-through
Clear communicator by phone/email with customers and suppliers
Able to commute to Cookstown
