Traffic Management Operative

We are currently seeking Traffic Management Operatives to join our team in Cork. This is a full-time, permanent position offering ongoing work and opportunities for progression.

• Setting up, maintaining, and removing temporary traffic management systems (signs, cones, barriers, lights, etc.)

• Ensuring the safety of road users, pedestrians, and site workers at all times

• Following all health & safety procedures and site-specific rules

• Working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and the general public

• Working flexible shifts including nights and weekends when required

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Valid Safe Pass

• Valid Manual Handling certificate

• Full, clean driving licence (preferred but not essential)

• Previous experience in traffic management, construction, or a similar role (advantageous)

• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

• Willingness to work flexible hours
