Role Snapshot
- Interpret construction drawings; prepare detailed, competitive estimating schedules and quotes
- Build cost plans, re-price updates and issue variations for live projects
- Work with an internal structural team to check basic calculations to current standards
- Lead and develop Design Engineers
You'll Need
- Several years' experience in a construction estimating / technical role
- Leadership and people-management skills
- Strong analytical/problem-solving; commercially aware and target-driven
- Confident interpreting drawings and understanding construction processes/standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Bluebeam and AutoCAD
