Staffright (Southend) are currently looking for a Handyman for a site in Copford, Colchester. This job will include working on site snagging and making good on new build housing properties.
You will be required to bring:
-Your own tools
-Valid CSCS Card
Start Date: 28.05.2025
Pay Rate: 18ph
Qualifications
Proven experience in general maintenance and repair tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficiency in using hand and power tools
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
Inspect and troubleshoot issues in residential and commercial properties.
Install fixtures, appliances, and furniture as needed.
Ensure all repairs are completed to high standards and in a timely manner.
Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
