Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and refine core processes to achieve target yields

- Lead new ceramic core process development, ensuring efficiency and quality

- Define production specifications and maintain traceability of records

- Analyze technical data to improve processes and support production teams

- Supervise Technical Department staff, including recruitment, training, and performance reviews

- Oversee engineering activities, liaising with toolmakers and optimizing equipment capacity

- Manage quality control, defining testing procedures and assessing materials

- Drive materials development, selecting and sourcing optimal raw materials

- Provide technical sales support, building strong customer relationships

- Ensure compliance with ISO and AS9100 QA standards, maintaining best practices

Skills & Experience Required:

- Expertise in ceramic core processes and related equipment

- Strong knowledge of quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) principles

- Familiarity with ceramic raw materials, suppliers, and manufacturing procedures

- Ability to analyze data and optimize production efficiency

- Leadership experience managing technical teams
