We’re hiring Trainee Machine Operators to join our growing team in Corby!
Shift Pattern:
- 4 on, 4 off rotating shift pattern
- 12-hour shifts – Days & Nights
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting in the operation of manufacturing machinery
- Monitoring production lines for quality and efficiency
- Performing basic machine maintenance and reporting faults
- Performing some packing tasks as required
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail
- Reliability and ability to work as part of a team
- No prior experience needed – full training provided!
