Telesales & Lead Generation Executive

Location: Corby

Salary: Competitive depending on experience 

Type: Full-Time | Hours: Monday to Friday - in person

We're looking for an enthusiastic Telesales & Lead Generation Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This is a key role responsible for driving new business, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting our sales operations through proactive outreach and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calling to generate leads and identify new business opportunities

Manage and update CRM systems with customer data, activities, and sales progress

Handle and process new business enquiries promptly and professionally

Follow up on quotes and proposals, ensuring timely feedback and closure

Develop new customer relationships and maintain ongoing rapport with clients

Coordinate with external sales team to align strategies and ensure seamless communication

Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs, including Net Promoter Score (NPS)

Provide customer service and order support as needed to ensure a great client experience

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and key decision-makers

Work with systems such as (or similar to) First Degree Windows Designer


What Were Looking For:

Proven experience in telesales, lead generation, or inside sales

Confident communicator with excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills

Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools

Strong organisational and time-management abilities

Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented
