Job Title: Calibration Support Agent (Temporary Assignment)?? Location: Corby?? Hours: 08:00 - 16:30, Monday to Friday?? Duration: 3 months (initial temporary assignment)

We are currently looking for a Calibration Support Agent to join our client at their Corby site on a temporary 3-month assignment. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a small, close-knit team, is confident using computers (including SAP and email systems), and is happy to take on light physical tasks such as handling small boxes and performing basic cleaning of instruments prior to calibration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the receipt and processing of customer equipment in the SAP system, in line with departmental service standards

  • Carrying out pre-calibration preparation (precal) of customer instruments in accordance with set procedures

  • Assisting with the organisation of internal orders for calibration-specific packaging (e.g. recal boxes) used by the Booking In department

What We're Looking For:
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with SAP and email systems

  • Ability to work effectively and flexibly in a small team environment

  • Comfortable with light manual handling tasks (e.g. small packages)

  • Willingness to carry out light cleaning duties as part of the instrument preparation process

  • A reliable and detail-oriented individual with a proactive approach to supporting day-to-day operations
