Job Role: Workshop Manager
Location: Corby
Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Metalis are currently working with a manufacturer based in Corby, who are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to join their team.
Job Duties:
- Oversee the day to day running of the workshop
- Report to the Operations Manager
- Manage a team of 10-15 staff (Fabricators & Welders)
- Create and deliver presentations and meetings
- Communicate with sub contractors, various departments and employees
Job Requirements:
- 3 years experience in a Senior role
- Steel experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Level 5 NVQ or equivalent in a similar discipline
Salary & Shift:
- 40,000 - 45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
