Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Shift Pattern:
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: Starting between 08:00 or 09:00
- Saturday & Sunday: 07:00 - 15:15
- Total Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Training Schedule:
- Training Period: Approximately 6-7 weeks
- Training Hours: 09:00 - 15:00, Monday to Friday
- Training Start Date: Potentially 6th May
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and flexible individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. The ideal candidate will be available to work the specified shift pattern and commit to a comprehensive training program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer enquiries via incoming telephone calls
- Identifying and ordering spare parts/accessories
- Cross-selling where applicable
- Collaborate with team members to achieve targets
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Availability to train between 09:00 - 15:00, Monday to Friday, for approximately 6-7 weeks starting from 6th May
- Ability to work the specified shift pattern
- Possess strong communication skills - both verbally and written
- Be confident, and able to use own initiative
- Have a good attention to detail
- Be highly customer-focused
- Be computer literate
- Be flexible
- Have a positive attitude
