Shift / Hours: Mon- Fri 8AM-5PM

The Role
As a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for dealing with all customer queries. You'll work as part of a skilled team, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily customer service operations across English- and German-speaking regions.
- Respond promptly to customer and wholesale account queries.
- Supervise and support the customer service and fulfilment team.
- Handle complaints and ensure issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage reorders.
About You:
- Strong leadership and a proactive work ethic.
- Fluent or near-native English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales support.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
