Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Class 1 ADR Driver based in Corby doing Tramping work. This role involves the safe and efficient delivery and collection of hazardous and non-hazardous goods across the UK, ensuring full compliance with ADR and transport regulations.

Pay rates

£16 PAYE

£20 Umbrella

Minimum 10 hours pay

Requirements:

  • Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) driving licence

  • In-date ADR licence (minimum for tanks and packages)

  • Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card

  • Strong understanding of transport legislation and road safety

  • Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks

  • Flexible approach to work

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Class 1 (C+E) vehicles to transport goods, including hazardous materials, in a safe and timely manner

  • Conduct daily vehicle checks and ensure all documentation is correctly completed

  • Ensure compliance with ADR regulations and UK road transport legislation

  • Follow all company procedures and health & safety protocols

  • Maintain excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner

  • Load and unload goods, where necessary

  • Communicate effectively with transport managers and site personnel
