About the Role:

We are looking for a caring and committed Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant team. You will play a vital role in supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework, while working closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for every child.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 0-5

  • Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities

  • Observe, assess and record children's progress using the EYFS framework

  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

  • Ensure the safety, security and well-being of all children in your care

  • Promote a positive and inclusive environment where children feel valued

Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)

  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures

  • Experience in a nursery or childcare setting

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic approach
