We are recruiting HGV 1 Drivers for our customer bases in Corby. This position is a full-time permanent role.

As a HGV 1 Driver your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

  • Completing an average of 1-5 drops per day this will require some manual handling
  • Delivering to stores and wholesalers
  • You will be required to drive Class 2 vehicles
  • Ensuring the vehicle and load is always safe
  • Complying with all Drivers hours and WTD

The ideal candidate will have the following.

  • Minimum of 2 year’s HGV 1 Experience
  • No more than 3 points

What we are offering;

  • £43,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday

  • Overtime at the weekends available
  • Saturday paid at time and half
  • Sunday and bank holiday paid at double time - Bank holidays worked will also be given back as a day in lieu
  • Shifts are on average of 10 hours per day
  • Training provided
  • 25 days holiday + Bank holidays
  • Annual bonus up to £1000 (paid in Dec & June)
